As an Austrian native, I spent the first 27 years of my life close to the town where I grew up before I moved to Boulder, Colorado.
After studying Physical therapy in AUT, I proceeded to work as a PT in a public institution as well as in my private practice. During this time I took numerous advanced training courses. One of them was Craniosacral therapy which I fell in love with so deeply that I cannot imagine therapy without it anymore.
It was during this time, that recovering from a running injury led me to my first Yoga experience. Back then I had no idea that what started as a deep curiosity for the practice and the joy it brought me, would lead to a career in teaching Yoga.

Eventually, life brought me to Boulder, Colorado where I decided to pursue my passion for Yoga. I completed a 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training, a Yin Yoga training, and a Prenatal Yoga training. Once I discovered Yoga therapy, all the dots seemed to finally connect.

Yoga therapy not only addresses the physical body but also all the other layers that make up the wholeness of our being. Finally, I was starting to gather the knowledge and techniques necessary to support my clients in addressing not only physical - but also the mental and emotional challenges they were inevitably facing while working with injuries, traumas, life changes, and transitions.

My passion for running and the outdoors has only continued to grow after moving to Boulder. This love for an active lifestyle, as well as being aware of how “busy” life can be, made me appreciate all that Yoga has to offer even more. I strongly believe that the various facets of this ancient and always-evolving practice can benefit us all. No matter what our life looks like and what challenges and opportunities for growth we might be facing, Yoga will meet us right where we are.

“I don’t want to get to the end of my life and find that I lived just the length of it.
I want to have lived the width of it as well.”
